With over a decade of experience with color guards and winter programs around the country, we have a pretty good idea of how to make your group stand out all the way from the field to regionals and Dayton! No two groups are alike, so why risk looking the same when you could be outfitted with exclusive garments and floor designs? We offer all of the essentials to ensure a truly memorable performance!
how we work
1. First things first – we want to get to know you.
Tell us about your show, no detail is too small. The more you explain your vision, the better product we can design for you.
Your budget - We all have them. Let us know what you're working with and we'll offer only options that you can afford.
Your Colors - What do you like? What colors make you cringe? Not sure? You can leave it to us because we love color!
The size of your group - Minimum number of garments per order is five (5). Any order with a quantity less than five will incur a surcharge. Additionally, if an order is made up of multiple styles, please inquire about our multiple-styles pricing. If for some reason you need less than five of a single style, we are still more than happy to work with you for a small surcharge.

2. ColorGarb will email you a confirmation stating we received your information.
ColorGarb will email you an invoice for a $250 production deposit. This production deposit places you on our production calendar, allows you to choose your ship date, and is credited towards your final invoice for the current season costumes. Once a design proposal has been sent, this production deposit becomes non-refundable.
3. You will send/email/call in your $250 production deposit via check or credit card.
4. Upon receipt of your $250 production deposit, your order becomes active and ColorGarb will issue a timeline which includes your deadline dates for the following:
Design Proposal
Design / Material Approval
Measurements / 50% Deposit Due Date
Final Payment Due Date
Ship Date
