what are my payment options?

do i have to pay in full or can i make a deposit? 

We will begin manufacturing your made-to-order costumes with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order. The remaining balance is due prior to your costumes shipping. 

does colorgarb accept returns? 

If your costumes/items arrive to you with manufacturer defect, we will be glad to exchange for a new item. You must contact customer service before returning any items.

how long will it take my costumes/items to ship? 

Shipping times will vary depending on the item. Our normal production timeline (after design has been approved and 50% deposit has been received) is 4-6 weeks. There are circumstances, due to order volume increases or decreases, in which our timelines may be extended or shortened. Expedited production and shipping is available for a surcharge. We will issue a ship date once we receive your production deposit in the beginning stages of the design process.

what if I need to “fill in” or reorder more costumes to match a previous order?

Fill in orders are not a problem. After 60 days, Colorgarb does require a sample from the previous order. This sample is to help ensure all manufacturing processes are the same as your previous order. Samples also help us to choose the closest possible match for your fabrics. Please note fabrics are subject to change and an exact match may not be available due to dye lots and fabric production. Every effort will be made to provide the closest match available.

once I have my measurements do I have to choose sizes myself? 

No, list your measurements on our easy to use form, and our sizing department will choose sizes based on the measurements you provide.
